For nearly 10 years, we have specialized in the contract manufacturing of dietary supplements, medical products, and functional foods in a wide range of forms — from lozenges and gummies, through capsules and sachets, to gels and liquid forms. We serve both large pharmaceutical corporations and pharmacy chains, as well as fast-growing brands looking for a reliable and comprehensive manufacturing partner.
Product Development (R&D)
Our R&D department designs and develops formulations based on the latest market trends and scientific data. We cooperate with medical universities in Lublin and Białystok to create innovative, safe, and fully compliant products tailored to the requirements of European and international markets.
Global Manufacturing Support
We supply products to customers across numerous European and Asian markets, offering a full range of manufacturing capabilities. We operate across several locations: production facilities in Kraśnik, Legionowo, and Białystok, a logistics center in Fajsławice, and a commercial office in Warsaw. This enables efficient export project execution and high production availability. We support clients with documentation preparation, product adaptation to local requirements, and logistics organization, including international distribution.

5 Steps of Cooperation with Stella Nutrition
We manage every project in a structured and transparent way — from research and product development, through controlled manufacturing and packaging, to logistics and after-sales support. Thanks to this, our partners receive not only a finished product, but also a stable foundation for long-term cooperation.
We start with concept consultations, during which we jointly define the project assumptions — target group, dosage form, and key active ingredients. The R&D team develops the formulation, conducts laboratory trials and pilot-scale tests, optimizing the product in terms of effectiveness, stability, and sensory properties.
Step 2 – Manufacturing & Quality Control
Once the formulation is approved, we proceed to industrial-scale production. Technological processes are carried out in accordance with validated procedures and ISO 22000, HACCP, and BRC systems. The Quality Control department supervises all stages of manufacturing — from incoming inspection of raw materials and packaging, through process parameter monitoring, to final product testing.
Step 3 – Packaging & Labeling
The finished bulk product is transferred to the packaging department, where we select optimal packaging solutions: pharmaceutical blisters, jars, bottles, sachets, or doy-packs. We ensure labeling compliance with legal requirements and the client’s marketing guidelines. Each batch receives a batch number and expiration date, ensuring full traceability and specification compliance throughout its shelf life. Upon request, we also coordinate packaging graphic design.
Packaged products are stored in our finished goods warehouse, which is part of our logistics center and meets the requirements for dietary supplements and medical products. We offer short-term storage and organize domestic and international shipments in cooperation with trusted freight partners. Each delivery is accompanied by complete logistics and quality documentation.
After delivery, we continue to actively support our partners. We assist with planning subsequent production runs, formulation modifications, and the introduction of new flavors or formats. In case of market feedback, we analyze root causes and implement corrective actions, building long-term relationships based on transparency and trust.

Beyond this classic use, we also deliver innovative applications of this popular format. Available in sugar-based and sugar-free formulations, with various weights, diameters, and flavor options.
Elastic lozenges with a pleasant texture, recommended among others for children and elderly users. Based on gum arabic, they allow wide customization of composition, flavor, and color, and can be packaged not only in blisters but also in jars.
A tasty and attractive supplementation format not only for children but also for adults. We manufacture gelatin and pectin gummies, with or without added sugar, in various shapes and weights — ideal for categories such as vitamins, beauty, mental health, or immunity.
Lollipops combining an attractive confectionery form with a supplement function — ideal for the youngest users. Available in flat and spherical versions, in various weights, with formulations tailored to specific indications.
Convenient single-dose portions in sachet form, suitable for products to be dissolved in water or beverages, or for direct consumption. Available in various sachet sizes (pouches and stick packs), with options for unit cartons or display packaging.
We offer various bottle and vial capacities, with the possibility to customize formulations, flavors, and functional ingredients to meet specific product requirements.
A classic, convenient dosage form ensuring precise delivery of active ingredients. We manufacture plant-based (HPMC) and gelatin (HGC) capsules in sizes #00–#2. Multi-ingredient combinations and functional blends are possible. Our facility also includes a dedicated production area for capsules containing activated charcoal.
Specialized formulations containing live bacterial cultures that support gut health and immune function. Produced in a dedicated, specially prepared and validated manufacturing area, with options for capsule or sachet packaging.
