Stella Nutrition’s research and development department is the heart of our organization. This is where new product concepts are created, formulations are developed, and technological pilot trials are conducted. R&D is more than a laboratory — it is an interdisciplinary team of technologists, pharmacists, and specialists who design products in line with scientific literature, current market trends, regulatory requirements, and, above all, consumer expectations.

Scope of Support:
The R&D department works closely with the Quality team, providing:
- preparation of complete quality documentation,
- development of product dossiers and specifications,
- verification of packaging with regard to labeling and on-pack claims,
- recommendations on permitted ingredients and dosage levels.
